How to Order

Please TELEPHONE US to check availability of stock before sending any orders by post or e-mail - our factory is occupied 7 days a week and we are available to accept orders over the telephone.

Our minimum Postal & Packaging charge is £2.00 and any value of postage in excess of this amount will be charged at the prevailing United Kingdom Post Office rates*. All items are sent with proof of posting. We will happily process orders to be sent to recipients outside of the United Kingdom, again with postal and packaging charges being charged at the prevailing United Kingdom Post Office rates.

*Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) will be used as standard on orders with a total retail value (excluding postage) over £20.00. Royal Mail Special Delivery will be used as standard on orders with a total retail value (excluding postage) in excess of £50.00.

October 2023, UK Customers - with consideration to Royal Mail's most recent increase to the prices charged for their Standard and Signed For services, if the total goods value of your order is less than £50.00 please advise us at time of order whether you would like your goods to be sent First Class or Second Class.  Typically a 'Small Parcel' with a total goods value of less than £20.00 will cost £4.19 First Class and £3.49 Second Class, a 'Small Parcel' with a total goods value higher than £20.00 but less than £50.00 will cost £5.39 First Class Recorded and £4.69 Second Class Recorded.
